You can use compression therapy as many times as you would like during the course of a week, if we're working with a week.
Most once or twice a week is good, but depending upon what kind of stressors you're placing on the body and that body part, you may want to use compression every single day so that you can maximize or optimize your recovery so that you can go and do maximal effort the next day.
So I would say you could use it as much as every day.
